Responded and came out when they said. Although they couldn't help will the problem. The gentleman was very professional and took time explaining to me a few other solutions that might work. Would certainly recommend this company.

Very helpful experienced fitter,sorted the problem without undue delay

Jake was excellent, quickly identified the problem and sorted it there and then. Provided really useful advice as well. Highly recommended. The wider booking system which got Jake to us was let down by misleading (over-optimistic) advice about when he/ the service engineer would get to us.

I was very pleased with the service I received , I did not feel under pressure. The man who I think was Darren (sorry if this is the wrong name) who I spoke to on my drive was very pleasant. The lady who phoned with the quote was just as pleasant. I would not hesitate to recommend your company to any of my friends.

Fantastic service

The engineer fixed the problem uickly. However twice there were automated messages postponing the appointment.

The engineer was polite and professional for the whole visit, he told me exactly what needed to be done in order to get things up and working

The engineer is great - he came when the problem happened a couple of years ago Booking it in was a bit difficult

The gentleman arrived and l showed him what l wanted and he gave me his professional advise which was better than mine,and he worked non stop until the job was done to a high spec spot on

Really efficient service. I contacted on telephone and engineer was booked for next day, calling with an hours notice. At 10.00am got the call and engineer arrived in the hour. He was really pleasant and efficiently worked out what the problem was with a signal not going through a Sky box/distributor. The office then called to confirm price, work was done on the spot - and checked all working on the TV - with a new distributor and then payment made to engineer. Could not recommend more highly
